Aura Digital operates as an independent digital services brand in Saudi Arabia under Freelancing Practitioner Certificate FL-808039213, with the registered speciality Cloud Networks.
3. Services
Aura Digital provides business communication, automation, cloud workflow and integration services, which may include WhatsApp Business connectivity, shared inbox functions, workflow automation, API integrations, cloud-related setup and related support.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit or process through the service.
- You must obtain any notices, permissions or consents required to contact your customers.
- You must comply with applicable laws and the policies of third-party platforms you connect, including Meta and WhatsApp policies.
- You must not use Aura Digital for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, spam or unauthorized messaging activity.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Aura Digital may interoperate with third-party services. Availability and functionality of those services may depend on the third party's systems, policies, approvals and APIs. Aura Digital does not control those third-party services.
6. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
7. Fees
If paid services are offered, applicable fees, billing terms and service scope will be communicated before purchase or set out in a separate order, proposal or agreement.
8. Intellectual Property
Aura Digital and its licensors retain ownership of the service, branding, software, documentation and related intellectual property. Customers retain ownership of their own content and data, subject to the limited rights necessary for us to provide the service.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, prevent abuse or respond to material violations of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms or APIs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any additional liability terms may be set out in an applicable commercial agreement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise required by a separate written agreement.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
