How to Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information or integration data associated with your Aura Digital account by contacting us.
- Email gala.adnan17@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Include the business email address or account identifier associated with your Aura Digital account.
- Describe which account, WhatsApp Business connection or data you want deleted.
- We may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request to protect your account and data.
What May Be Deleted
- Aura Digital account profile information.
- Stored WhatsApp Business integration identifiers and configuration.
- Stored message or customer contact data, where applicable and legally permitted.
- Access credentials or tokens held by Aura Digital for the disconnected integration.
- Workflow and integration configuration associated with the deleted account.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information when required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, maintain security records, prevent fraud, enforce agreements or satisfy legitimate business obligations. Where retention is required, information will be retained only for the applicable period and protected appropriately.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. The actual time may vary depending on the scope of the request, legal requirements and connected third-party systems.
Disconnecting Meta / WhatsApp
You may also remove or revoke connected Meta or WhatsApp permissions from the relevant Meta business settings. Revoking access may stop future data exchange, but a separate deletion request may still be required to delete information already stored by Aura Digital.
